Travel Clinic Services
Travel Clinic services are not covered by OHIP, meaning consult and vaccine fees apply. Many insurance plans, however, will cover the costs of travel vaccines.
Travel consultation assesses each patient's need for vaccinations to prevent illness, Malaria medication, risk of traveller's diarrhea, and altitude sickness.
Vaccines to prevent the following illnesses are available on-site: Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, Rabies, Meningitis, Traveller's Diarrhea and Japanese Encephalitis. It is advised that patients seek a consultation four to six weeks prior to travelling.
